* January 10, 2007, New Hope, PA - Kurfiss Sotheby's Int'l Realty invites Sean Corso to join Panel Discussion on the Future of Internet & Print Advertising
Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty hosted a forum at Barley Sheaf Farm Estate & Spa near New Hope, PA, to discuss the future of real estate advertising and marketing in print and online.
Publishers, directors and business owners representing Quest Magazine in New York City, Bucks Magazine, Gallery Magazine, Phillyburbs.com, the Wall Street Journal Online and Internet Consultant Sean Corso highlighted the importance of adopting a multi-media, multi-platform approach both as advertisers and in their own marketing strategy.
With online ad spending expected to grow by 13.4% in 2007 [TNS Media Intelligence] and almost 90% of home buyers starting their property search on the Web [NAR], traditional print media publications have been challenged to meet this growing demand.
Panelists highlighted the need to diversify, test and leverage ad campaigns both online and in print branding campaigns with enhanced tracking and reporting to determine each effort’s effectiveness.
While print will continue to be a tangible medium in which companies can reinforce their overall brand awareness, advertisers were encouraged to expect more from their business vendor services, especially online.
Enhanced listings, video features and mobile-friendly Web sites all on a platform that is constantly changing and capable of extending one’s marketing reach to a regional, national and even international playing field.
